Shadrach Lewis
I am trying to find out more about a Shadrach Lewis (age 56) who lived in Eaton Township with his second wife Mary (54), and children, John (14), Ada (11) , and Irene (9) according to the 1920 Census. His stepson, Daniel Davis (age 31) also lived with Shadrach at the time and worked for him on their farm.

There is a gravestone marker for Shadrach Lewis and his wife Mary in the South Eaton Cemetery. The marker lists Shadrach’s birth year as 1863, but does not give a full death year, only 19—. His wife, Mary, has the dates 1867-1927 under her name.

If you know anything more about Shadrach or his family, especially Shadrach’s death date, please contact Lynne Shue at lynne.shue@gmail.com

I’m looking for the Obit of Amy Sturdevant born abt. 1826 and died Nov. 13,1903.

I’m also looking for a connection between Lucretia Decker and Isaac Agnew. Isaac was married twice in the 19110 Census. Lucretia Decker’s name might be been spelled; “Locrisy”. Lucretia Decker and Locrisy Decker may be separate individuals.

Thank you, Donna

Wilford Makley (born abt. 1870) was married to Allie B. Smith by Reverend, James Fielding. After they divorced Allie married William Langengbach again by Reverend, James Fielding.

I’m trying to find verification that this is the same Wilford Makley that is buried in Beaumont Cemetery (MAKLEY,Wilford, 23 Feb 1876 – 10 Apr 1944)

The 1890 Directory lists- Wilford MAKLEY a fireman lived at 63 Back Road, Duryea, Wyoming County, PA

I would appreciate any information.

Thank you, Emma

I am researching the Wolcotts of Wyoming County.

They lived primarily in Forkston and maybe Falls from 1802 to 1880.

Hiram Wolcott and his wife Mary Ann Boughton Wolcott had many children that died early in life. I have been trying to find the cemetery they are buried in for a long time.

I would be very grateful for any information.
